Dynamites

The Dynamite program is an invitation-only advanced developmental class for gymnasts ages 6-8. It serves as the next step for gymnasts after the basic skills, strength, flexibility, and emotional maturity have been developed in the Mini Mite program. From here, gymnasts are evaluated each semester to determine proper placement in a recreational class, the Xcel team, or the JO team.

Tuesdays and Fridays 5:00-6:30pm
