Beginner Tumbling

This class is a great introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling! It is designed to develop body awareness, strength, and coordination through foundational skills such as: 

  • Forward and Backward Rolls
  • Controlled Handstands
  •  Cartwheels
  • Bridge Kick overs
  • And More!

Suggested Attire:

  • Comfortable, fitted clothing (t-shirt and shorts) or a leotard

  • Hair pulled back

  • No jewelry

  • Bring a filled water bottle
