We offer programs starting as early as 18 months-18 years.
Do we need prior experience to join a class?
No experience is required! We offer beginner through advanced classes. Our coaches assess skill levels and place students accordingly. Advanced classes have specific skill prerequisites, while placement on competitive teams is by evaluation and invitation only.
What should my child wear to class?
Gymnasts should wear a leotard or fitted athletic wear. No shoes are needed. Hair should be tied back and jewelry removed for safety. Please also send a filled water bottle each class. We have a refill station.
Can parents watch classes?
Yes! We have a designated balcony viewing area so parents can observe while minimizing distractions to the athletes. Wifi is available.
Drop-off is at the double French doors at the front of the building. Inside, cubbies and hooks are available for your child’s belongings.
Can I help my child in the locker room after class?
For Dandies and Recreational afternoon/weekend classes, we kindly ask that parents do not enter the locker room post-class. Our coaches will assist athletes, and limiting traffic helps reduce congestion and maintain privacy.
Are your coaches certified?
All of our coaches are professionally trained, background-checked, and certified by USAG. Many have competitive and coaching experience.
Do you offer competitive gymnastics programs?
Yes! We have both recreational and competitive team programs. Placement evaluations are required for team consideration.

Do you offer discounts for siblings or multiple classes?
We do! Sibling and multi-class discounts are available. Please see information on payments incentives in The Parent Zone > Payments tab
What happens if a class is canceled due to weather or holidays?
If we cancel a class, a makeup may be scheduled. We follow local school district closures for severe weather.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, private are available by appointment for skill-building or extra coaching. Please see the Private Lessons section in the Class/Registration tab.
Are there performance or showcase opportunities?
Absolutely! Please see the events tab for Gymfest and Parent’s week information.
What if my child is nervous or shy?
Many children are at first! Our coaches are trained to gently encourage participation and build confidence at a comfortable pace.

Is gymnastics safe? What precautions are in place?
Safety is our top priority! Our facility is equipped with padded flooring, foam pits, and age-appropriate equipment. Coaches are trained in safe spotting techniques and are certified by USAG.
