At Dunne's Gymnastics, the safety, well-being, and positive development of every student is our top priority. Please take a moment to review our core policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all families.

All students must be registered through our online system prior to attending any class.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a fee.
Registration holds your child’s spot; fees are non-refundable except in specific circumstances (see Refund Policy).
Tuition Responsibility Policy:
Each student is responsible for the full tuition for the entire session. Because class spots and team positions are reserved based on initial enrollment, staffing and resources are allocated accordingly.
Regular attendance is encouraged for skill progression.
If your child must miss a class, please notify us in advance if possible.
Make-up classes are available 2x per session and must be scheduled with Dunne's Administration 860-822-1004.

Children must be dropped off and picked up promptly at the scheduled time.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after class.
Gymnasts should wear a leotard or athletic wear (no buttons, zippers, or jewelry).
Hair must be tied back securely.
Bare feet only – no socks or shoes on equipment.
Respectful behavior is expected from all students and families.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from class.
Our facility maintains strict safety guidelines, and all coaches are certified in First Aid/CPR.
Cancellations for any class or team are not permitted once the registered session has started. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Student are responsible for the full tuition for the entire duration of the session.
In the event of severe weather, updates will be posted on our website and social media.
Canceled classes due to emergencies may be rescheduled when possible.
