Our conditioning private lessons are designed to help you get in shape, stay in shape, or prepare for an event, with expert coaching and specialized equipment to build strength, agility, and confidence to reach your goals.

  • Private: 1 Athlete
  • Semi-Private: 2 Athletes Max.

Session Rate:

  • 30minutes: $40/per session
  • 60 minutes: $80/per session

Scheduling Sessions:

  • You may book unlimited sessions, but availability is limited so we highly recommend scheduling as soon as possible!
  • Please check availability and schedule your sessions by contacting Dunne's Administration directly 860-822-1004. (scheduling is not available online)
