Class Length: 45 minutes per class 

Class Size: Groups include up to 7 athletes per coach. Class sizes vary by enrollment.

Suggested Attire: comfortable, fitted clothing (t-shirt/shorts) or a leotard, hair pulled back, no jewelry, filled water bottle.
