Dunne’s Gymnastics Competitive Teams are invitation-only programs that provide a structured and progressive pathway for our female athletes.

Pre-team, Dynamites: Young gymnasts build foundational skills and begin preparing for future competitive opportunities in a fun, supportive environment.

Xcel Competitive Program: (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offers a flexible competitive gymnastics experience for athletes who want to stay engaged in the sport while balancing other commitments, such as school, extracurricular activities, or other sports. 

Developmental Program: Designed to support long-term growth and progression through the competitive levels. This track emphasizes advanced training and competition, often serving as a stepping stone toward high-level competition and collegiate gymnastics opportunities.
