IMPORTANT INFORMATION - END OF FALL SESSION

1.Parent Observation Week (Recreational Classes) - 

Me & My Shadow, Gym Tots, Gym Dandies, Recreational 1hr, 1.5 hr, Advanced Recreation, Beginner Tumbling

This week is Parent Observation Week, where your athletes are welcome to invite up to 2 family members or guests to watch their practice inside the gym.


Family Week runs December 7–13, 2025.

2. End of Fall Session

The Fall session will officially conclude on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
All classes will continue as scheduled through this date. All make up classes must be scheduled and completed before the end of the Fall session. Make up classes do not roll over to the Winter session. 

3.Winter Session Information

The Winter session will begin on Friday, January 2, 2026, and will run through March 21, 2026.

If your athlete is currently enrolled in a Fall session class, you do not need to re-register. Your child’s Fall enrollment automatically secures their spot for the Winter session.
*Class days and times will remain the same for Winter.

*If your child is on a waitlist to change class, day/time, we will begin working the waitlist December 20 before registration opens to the public December 21st. If a spot opens, we will internally transfer after contacting you via phone to confirm your request. 

4. Class Changes

If you wish to switch your class, day, or time for the Winter session, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist with a transfer based on availability.

5. Dropping a Class

If your athlete will not be continuing into the Winter session, you are required to complete our official Drop Form.

(must click link to complete google form and submit. This form is required in order to authorize your request to drop a class. An individual form must be filled out for each athlete. Please email info@dunnesgymnastics.com if you have any questions or need assistance.  

  • The drop period begins today Sunday, December 7, 2025. 

  • The final day to submit the drop form is Saturday, December 20, 2025

  • If the form is not completed before this date, we will assume your athlete is continuing and their spot will be held.

6.Upcoming Events

All events must be registered for ahead of time via the Event Calendar in the Jackrabbit Parent Portal.

  • Parent Observation Week: December 7–13

  • Parent’s Night Out: Saturday, December 13

  • Open Gym: 12/14/25 & 12/21/25

  • Holiday Day Camp: Monday, December 29 & Tuesday, December 30

  • Gym Closed: December 22–January 2 (except for Holiday Day Camps)

7.Holiday Gift Cards

Give the gift of gymnastics fun! Gift cards are available for purchase at the office and make a perfect holiday gift.
Gift cards may be used for:

  • Open Gym

  • Parent’s Night Out

  • Holiday Day Camps

  • Skills Clinics
