Competitive Overview

Our boys gymnastics pre-team and competitive programs are designed to develop young athletes from their first steps in the gym through advanced competition, offering multiple tracks to support diverse athletic goals and levels of commitment.

Pre-Team: Minimites

Minimites is a non-competitive, foundational program that introduces young boys to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun, structured environment.

This level also serves as a talent identification stage for our competitive track programs.

Platinum Level Division

The Platinum Level is an alternative competitive track designed for gymnasts who desire a high-level experience with increased flexibility in training hours. This program is ideal for:

  • Athletes with multi-sport interests

  • Gymnasts who started the sport later

  • Those balancing demanding academic or extracurricular schedules

Platinum gymnasts compete in appropriate divisions while maintaining a balance between performance goals and personal needs.

Competitive Team (Beginner-Advanced)

These progressive team levels follow the USA Gymnastics Development Program, which offers a nationally recognized framework for skill progression, competition readiness, and long-term athletic development.

  • Beginner Team: Focus on building core skills and body shapes; introduction to Level 3 routines.

  • Intermediate Team: Athletes compete in Levels 3–5, refining technique and strength while gaining competition experience.

  • Advanced Team: Levels 6–10, with athletes training and competing at increasingly high levels, aiming toward optional routines, state, regional, and national competitions.

This program supports athletes from foundational levels through elite performance, and often serves as a pathway toward high-level competition and college gymnastics.
