Dunne's Gymnastics Class Enrollment Form

Before using the enrollment form (link below) please call the office at 860 228-1004 to check class availability (click for our Master Schedule page)

If we indicate that your desired class has openings, please fill out the enrollment form (both pages) completely, and return to our office with the registration fee and tuition.

Once the form and fees have been turned in, your child's spot will be secured.
